LiteSpeed: Make sure .htaccess overrides are enabled (cPanel/LiteSpeed: "AllowOverride" or "Auto Load from .htaccess"). bcrypt is the recommended algorithm.

Requires mod_rewrite (and mod_alias for Redirect). Place these rules at the top of the .htaccess in the document root. LiteSpeed reads the same directives.

Headers require mod_headers, dotfile blocking requires mod_rewrite. Check your site after deploying: Frame protection breaks intentional iframe embedding.

LiteSpeed: Compression is usually handled by the server itself; the IfModule blocks are ignored safely when a module is missing. With LSCache active, page caching is controlled by the plugin, not by these headers.
